How to make an appointment
Attending the practice
We can only allow people who are fit and well and not exhibiting any of the well publicised COVID symptoms to visit us.
We are taking extra measures in the practice to ensure we contribute towards lowering the risk of the virus spreading.
We will be checking with you by phone to confirm your medical history and current health.
We are asking all patients to wear a protective mask when they attend. Cloth masks are fine for this.
You will be asked to use our hand gel sanitiser when you arrive and before you leave.
Extra precautions in the dental surgery
We now have installed state of the art virus killing, air filters in all our dental surgeries.
All surfaces will be meticulously cleaned throughout the day by our staff.
Patients can be assured we are keeping up to date with Government and GDC requirements and our staff will be using appropriate PPE for the procedures undertaken. We are also pleased to report we are covering the costs involved without additional charges to patients.
Patients will be asked to use an antiseptic rinse when they sit in the dental chair so as to reduce the viral load for any unknown carriers.
Please remember NOT to put fingers in your mouth when pointing things out to the dentist or hygienists as tempting as it may be.
